Return Policy
Because all our pottery is handmade, there are unique markings on each piece. These markings give individuality to every pot. We do however want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’d like to exchange a new, unused item, please wrap it carefully and send it back. Upon receipt of the unbroken piece, we will issue a full refund of the merchandise price or apply it to another purchase.

On the rare occasion you find an item broken in shipping, please save the pottery, packaging and packing materials as it may be needed for insurance purposes. Contact us immediately at 1-844-755-7687 and we’ll send out a replacement.
